Thrive for Kids 3-Workbook Bundle | Worry, Emotions & Big Wins

Three workbooks to help children understand big feelings, manage worries and celebrate their wins 💜

The Thrive for Kids 3-Workbook Bundle brings together all three of our Thrive for Kids workbooks, covering emotional regulation, worry and anxiety support, and goal-setting and confidence-building, for children aged 4–12.

Each softcover A5 book is created with SEN children in mind and works just as well for neurotypical children. There's no printing needed. Children can write, draw and colour straight into the pages, at home, at school or in therapy sessions.

What's included?

• My Emotions & Regulation Workbook - inspired by the Zones of Regulation, to help children recognise their feelings, explore the four zones and build their own calming toolkit (32 pages).

• My Worry Workbook - to help children understand what worries are, meet their own Worry Monster and build soothing strategies they can use again and again (48 pages).

• My "Big Wins, Little Wins" Log - to help children set goals, break them into small steps and celebrate progress over perfection (40 pages).

You'll receive one physical copy of each workbook. Use them one at a time, or come back to them whenever your child needs them.

Created by a SEN parent, the Thrive for Kids range gives families simple, hands-on ways to talk about feelings, worries and wins, including with children who find it hard to talk about their emotions directly.
