We’re committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. As Thrive Creations now offers both products fulfilled directly by us and products from our trusted Thrive Recommends partner suppliers, delivery methods, charges and timeframes may vary depending on the products in your order.

All applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

United Kingdom: Thrive Creations Products

For products fulfilled directly by Thrive Creations:

Standard Shipping: £2.99 for orders under £25
Free Shipping: Available when you spend £25 or more on products fulfilled directly by Thrive Creations
Courier: Royal Mail Tracked48
Dispatch Time: 1–2 working days
Estimated Delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

We also offer a quicker delivery option using Royal Mail Tracked24, charged at a flat rate of £4.49 per order.

Please note that the £25 free-delivery threshold applies only to products fulfilled directly by Thrive Creations. Products dispatched by our Thrive Recommends partner suppliers do not count towards this threshold.

United Kingdom: Thrive Recommends (Partner-Supplied Products)

Some products available on Thrive Creations are part of our Thrive Recommends collection and are dispatched directly by our trusted partner suppliers.

Because these products are fulfilled separately, each partner supplier may have their own delivery charge, courier and delivery timeframe. These delivery charges are calculated separately and will be shown at checkout.

If your basket contains products fulfilled from more than one location, separate delivery charges will apply to each shipment.

For example, an order containing a Thrive Creations product and products from two different partner suppliers may be dispatched as three separate parcels, with the relevant delivery charge applied to each shipment.

Your items may also arrive at different times, as each supplier is responsible for dispatching their own products.

United States

• Shipping Rates: £20 for orders up to 2kg / £60 for orders up to 4kg
• Courier: DPD
• Currency: Rates will be converted to USD at checkout
• Estimated Delivery: 3–17 working days after dispatch

Availability and international delivery options for Thrive Recommends products may vary by partner supplier. Any available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.

Orders Containing Products From Different Suppliers

If you purchase products fulfilled by Thrive Creations alongside products supplied by one or more Thrive Recommends partners, your order will be fulfilled separately.

This means:

• Your order may arrive in multiple parcels.
• Parcels may arrive on different days.
• Different couriers may be used.
• A separate delivery charge may apply to each supplier's shipment.
• Partner-supplied products do not contribute towards Thrive Creations' £25 free-delivery threshold.

You will be able to review the applicable delivery charges at checkout before completing your purchase.

Additional Information

• Tracking: Where tracking is provided for your shipment, tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Tracking methods may vary for products dispatched by partner suppliers.
• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply in their country.
• Weight Limits: For products fulfilled directly by Thrive Creations, orders over 4kg may require an additional shipping fee or may be split into multiple parcels. If applicable, we’ll contact you before shipping.
• Delivery Estimates: Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Occasionally delays can occur due to courier services, customs or circumstances outside our control.
• Partner Fulfilment: Thrive Recommends products are dispatched directly by the partner supplier responsible for fulfilling that product. Delivery methods and timeframes may therefore differ from those offered on products dispatched directly by Thrive Creations.
