HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order with Thrive Creations is easy! Just head over to the product page of the item you'd like to purchase, and add it to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your payment — and that's it! Your order will soon be on its way to you.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs £3.49 for all orders within the UK.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so it should arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us and we’ll offer you a full refund — no fuss.

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return unused products in their original condition within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll issue a full refund (less the cost of shipping).

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
