Placing an order with Thrive Creations is easy! Just head over to the product page of the item you'd like to purchase, and add it to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your payment — and that's it! Your order will soon be on its way to you.
If you're not sure, the journal is where Thrive Creations began, and the Meltdown Tracker was created afterwards because meltdowns needed their own dedicated space. Browse by what you're struggling with most, or drop us a message and we'll point you in the right direction!
No - every Focus Collection product (Meltdown Tracker, Sleep Log, Mood & Anxiety Extension, and the rest) works perfectly as a standalone tool. If you already have the Don't Just Survive: Thrive journal, they simply give you extra space once you fill up that section. Think of them as top-ups, not requirements.
Both journals are identical in content, structure, and layout - the only difference is the cover colour and whether the wording says "Mum" or "Parent" throughout. Pick whichever feels right for you; the tools inside are exactly the same.
International Shipping charges are higher due to the significant cost of sending orders abroad. These amounts will be displayed at Checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so it should arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Thrive Recommends items are dispatched by our trusted partner suppliers rather than us directly, so if your order includes one alongside our own products, it will arrive as a separate parcel with its own delivery charge - this is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Our £25 free-shipping threshold applies to Thrive-owned products only.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us and we’ll offer you a full refund - no fuss.
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return unused products in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll issue a full refund (less the cost of shipping).
Yes. Our trackers and journals are physical, pen-and-paper products - what you write in them stays with you. We never see or store the personal information you record about your child. Our full Privacy Policy has more detail if you'd like to read it.
