Q: Do I need to track every part of my child’s journey for this journal to be helpful?
A: Absolutely not! The journal is here to support you, not overwhelm you. Use the sections that feel most helpful, track what you realistically can, and let it work around your life. It should feel like a support tool - not another task on your list.

Q: What’s the difference between the Journal for SEN Mums and the Journal for SEN Parents?
A: Both journals are identical in content, structure, and layout. The only difference is the cover colour and the wording used throughout - one version uses the word “Mum” and the other uses “Parent”. You can choose whichever feels right for you, knowing the support and tools inside are exactly the same.
