Who is Wiggles?

Wiggles is a thoughtful little friend whose mind is always busy.


He cares deeply and wants things to go well, but sometimes his thoughts start to spin with what-ifs and maybes. And when the swirl gets too strong, Wiggles can feel stuck, unsure, and overwhelmed. His tummy flips, his body tenses, and everything starts to feel a little too much.


Sometimes, Wiggles just wants to avoid the situation altogether. But with the right support, he’s discovering that worries don’t have to take over, and that he can still do brave things even when the butterflies are there.
